The
oldest reserves of the Tesseron family’s Grande Champagne lie
nestled in the 19th century paradise of their family home.
The
number 88 refers to the 88 finest Grande Champagne blends that make
up this wonderful aged parcel and coming from 8
demijohns.
These demijohns are heavy glass flagons of 25 liters that preserves
old cognac eaux-de-vies having attained optimum maturity.
Only 286 bottles of Master Blend 88’s are proposed on allocation
basis for the world.
Conserved patiently in a 12th century cellar, with their
necks very carefully sealed, they are fruits of intense and arduous
labor; these cognacs testify to the demands and the passion that has
characterized, and continues to characterize, each generation of the
Tesseron family in the process of creation and maturation of this
rare elixir.
It
is undoubtedly for this reason that the occasion to drink and
appreciate these cognacs is an event of singular intensity.
