Gently push open the door of the Tesseron home in Châteauneuf-sur-Charente to discover the family treasure, a unique collection of the finest Cognacs. The treasure dates back to the nineteenth century when Abel Tesseron acquired a Cognac estate and began his own collection of rare and priceless Cognacs, a tradition continued by his son, Guy and by his grandsons Gérard and Alfred Tesseron, who runs the business today.

In the Cognac region, the Tesseron’s are renown for their legendary stocks of the oldest and finest cognac reserves or ‘Lots’, quietly ageing and maturing in old oak casks for years, decades, generations and even centuries in their cool and damp cellars dating back to the thirteenth century.
